Forms Partnetship with Jakarta Stock Exchange

Korea Securities Computer Corporation (KOSCOM) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a strategic alliance with Indonesia’s Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) yesterday.
 

KOSCOM is in charge of connecting local securities companies and their branch offices to the Korea Stock Exchange(KSE) to achieve an automated stock trading system.

With the signing, KOSCOM will assist JSX in computerized securities operations and provide consulting services on information technology linked to stock trading.

KOSCOM may participate in various JSX projects, including the establishment of an automated stock trading system in Indonesia.

KOSCOM also said it is hoping to make strategic alliances with other stock markets in Asia, including China.
